Cancellation and No Show Policy

Appointment time slots are in high demand. In an effort to serve our patients as best as possible, we ask for 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Patients failing to provide at least 24-hour notice, or who do not show up for their appointment, will be charged $50 for each missed visit. Per our Financial Policy, you will be asked to store a method of payment on file in our encrypted software as a late cancellation/no show security deposit for your visit. Late Policy

We make every effort possible to be on time for our appointments. Unfortunately, when one patient arrives late, it can throw off the schedule for the entire day thus putting our providers and other patients behind schedule. In addition, rushing or "squeezing in" an appointment shortchanges the patient and contributes to decreased quality of care. In light of this, patients arriving more than 10 minutes after their appointment time may be asked to reschedule or wait for an opening, at the provider's discretion. if you do decide to wait, we do not guarantee you will be seen that day, but will make every effort to do so.
